Terms for digital educational content

Scope and supplier

These terms apply to licences for downloadable and browser-based PrimusKids educational materials supplied by insightformer UG (haftungsbeschränkt). They do not create professional, therapeutic or medical services.

Purchase and payment

For live checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. The buyer purchases through Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms; insightformer supplies the product and grants the licence described on the selected offer. Paddle calculates the checkout total, processes payment and provides the receipt.

Licences

Household, single-educator and institution licences grant non-transferable use within the stated audience and seat scope. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Availability and updates

The purchased version remains associated with the order. Material updates follow versioned releases; materially different products may require a new purchase.

Educational boundary

Activities are suggestions for adults to adapt and supervise. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

Problems, refunds and statutory rights

Contact info@insightformer.com about product access or content. Payment, withdrawal and refund requests can also be made through Paddle. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning defective digital products, remain unaffected.
