Before that supply begins, checkout asks for express agreement that supply may start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends when supply begins. The transaction confirmation is provided on a durable medium.
Withdrawal and refunds
Paddle handles the purchase as Merchant of Record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy explain how to request a withdrawal or refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A completed refund ends access to the refunded product.
